About The Kentucky Man To Man Retreat
Our retreat was founded in 2003 and was organized to further the recovery of members of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon.
We conduct an annual retreat for men to come together at Mount Saint Francis Center for Spirituality that is located on 400 acres in the scenic hills of Southern Indiana (near Louisville, KY).
During our retreat, we provide workshops, meditation and speaker meetings on various topics on alcoholism, related family issues and our lives in recovery.
Our main purpose is to provide educational and spiritual support to members of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon.
The retreat is held annually in early December at Mount Saint Francis and the cost to attend includes housing for (2) two nights, (5) five meals and other related costs.
Through our scholarship fund, we are able to help defray costs related to our registration fee for those men in need who desire a life in recovery.
Our board and committee members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their efforts to conduct our retreat.
The number of returning retreatants seems to increase year after year and we especially look forward to welcoming the new arrival.
Our past retreats demonstrate when a group of willing and dedicated men offer their experience, strength and hope to help another, the potential benefits of this new way of living are limitless.
And that is why we say- Our recovery grows with the new man!
DONATIONS WELCOME:
We know things are tight these days, however if you are unable to attend but would like to make a donation for future retreats and scholarships, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks to everyone and we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy. Peace and God bless, Kentucky Man to Man Board
